2. Data Collection & Privacy

Google Identity

Currently, we do NOT store your profile picture. If you log in using Google Sign-In, your profile details (such as name or profile image) are handled securely by Google. We do not store or manage your profile picture on our servers.

Email Communication

Your email is stored for account recovery, subscription verification, and essential updates.

Mock Test Data (Local Storage)

For mock tests, we store your progress, answers, and session history in your browser's local storage (not on our servers).

⚠️ If you clear your browser history or cache, your data may be lost and you may need to re-enter your passcode.

Payment Verification

We store transaction IDs from Instamojo/Razorpay only to activate your subscription.

3. Terms of Use & Payments

Payment Processing

All payments are processed via secure gateways (Instamojo/Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking details. Account activation is done within 60 minutes after successful payment.

Refund Policy

❌ Mock Tests and digital content are non-refundable.
✅ Duplicate payments for the same content are eligible for refund with valid proof.

Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.

Ownership

All content belongs to Nitish Kumar. Users are granted a personal, non-commercial license only.

4. Child Safety

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
