Speakly ("the Application") is developed by Nitish Kumar. We respect your privacy and only collect data essential for the operation of the service through https://speaklyenglish.web.app.
Google Identity
We access your Name and Profile Picture to personalize your teacher-student interaction experience.
Email Communication
Your email is stored for account recovery, subscription verification, and essential support updates.
Performance Stats
Weekly progress, correct/wrong answer counts, and session history are stored on Firebase.
Payment Verification
We store Instamojo transaction identifiers to activate and maintain your Premium status.
2. Terms of Use & Payments
2.1 Payment Processing (Instamojo)
All financial transactions are conducted externally via **Instamojo**. When you choose a subscription plan, you are redirected to the Instamojo website through a secure link. Speakly does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or bank credentials. Once payment is confirmed on Instamojo, your account is upgraded manually within 60 minutes.
2.2 Right to Terminate Service
Speakly reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the Application or its services at any time, for any reason (including technical maintenance or project closure), without prior notice or liability. We may restrict your access to the service immediately if any breach of terms is detected.
2.3 Ownership
Speakly, including its unique AI teaching logic and custom visuals, is the intellectual property of **Nitish Kumar**. Users are granted a personal, non-commercial license to learn via the platform.
3. Child Safety & Consent
Speakly is an educational tool. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental guidance. If you believe your child has provided personal data without consent, please contact us for immediate deletion from our database.

2. उपयोग की शर्तें और भुगतान
2.1 भुगतान प्रक्रिया (Instamojo)
सभी वित्तीय लेनदेन **Instamojo** के माध्यम से बाहरी रूप से किए जाते हैं। जब आप कोई प्लान चुनते हैं, तो आपको एक सुरक्षित लिंक के जरिए Instamojo की वेबसाइट पर भेज दिया जाता है। Speakly आपके कार्ड या बैंक की जानकारी स्टोर नहीं करता है।
2.2 सेवा बंद करने का अधिकार
Speakly के पास बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी समय ऐप या उसकी सेवाओं को स्थायी रूप से बंद करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित है। हम तकनीकी कारणों या प्रोजेक्ट बंद होने की स्थिति में सेवा समाप्त कर सकते हैं।
